Mount Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram initially partnered with PCG in September 2015 on a trial basis to boost their online brand awareness, particularly on social media.

At the start, their Facebook page had low activity, weak engagement, and drove little traffic to their website. They looked to PCG’s social experts to build their brand and generate more qualified website visitors.


The PCG team kicked off Mount Ephraim’s new social strategy with Facebook advertising. The first group of ads included two different types of service incentives: one that offered a 5% off service deal every Wednesday and the other for 5% off service with a test drive. All the clicks were directed to the service specials page.

After seeing strong results, PCG took it a step further the following month and created two landing pages specifically for the Facebook ads. The first page captured traffic from a service incentive, which was targeted to a customer list plus a broader audience, while the second landing page offered a special service deal to first responders.


After just one month of social media advertising, the Facebook ads generated more referral traffic in a 30-day period than the 3 months prior combined. In fact, the Facebook service landing page was the sixth most visited page on the dealer’s website, receiving a traffic increase of more than 1000% year-over-year.

With such impressive results, Mount Ephraim Chrysler Dodge Ram extended their partnership after their trial period ended. PCG continues to help the dealership flourish online not only through social media marketing, but SEO and SEM services, too.
